Double-Sided Tapes
V.H.B. ™ (Very High Bond) & V.H.P. (Very High Performance) Tapes
Hi-strength 3M VHB™ and Tenacious VHP tapes are used throughout industry today to replace screws, rivets, welding, liquid adhesives and other permanent assembly methods. VHB™/VHP tapes also help prevent galvanic corrosion, compensate for thermal expansion between bonded parts and dramatically reduce noise. They resist moisture, solvents and UV light, which makes VHB™ & VHP tapes ideal for demanding exterior applications.
Polyester & Filmic Tapes
Budget Group slits to size a range of filmic double sided tapes. Budget distributes for 3M, Tesa and Tenacious Tapes. Budget Group also imports the B789 – a product widely used in the curtain & blind and signage & display industries. Budget also imports a high clarity OPP, a differential adhesive polyester and an embossed PVC. Budget Group takes into account factors such as temperature extremes, UV and initial tack when recommending the ideal filmic tape for the customer's application.
Tissue Tapes
Budget Group's range of tissue tapes include Husky’s Kikusui 190 - an industry standard for the curtain & blind industry. We also distribute a high spec range of tissues from Tesa, Tenacious Tapes and 3M as well as our own imported range of products for a variety of applications. Budget Group's in-house slitting facilities allow us to cut to our customers' exact requirements.
Transfer Tapes
These products feature a thin unsupported coating of pressure sensitive adhesive with a specific combination of properties to meet a broad range of requirements for joining, bonding, mounting, laminating and more. Available in various formats that include ATG for high speed applications, hand rolls in a variety of widths and Finger Lift (dry edge) in longer rolls suitable for machine applications.
Foam Tapes
White or black/grey foam tapes are available in a number of thicknesses for a variety of applications. Budget Group's in house slitting facilities allow us to convert the appropriate foam tape to your exact requirement. Fixit double sided foam tape is supplied to industries as diverse as signage & display, cabinetry, glass and mirrors.
Glazing Tapes
Budget Group has a range of Medium and High density double sided PVC tapes for the structural glazing industry. Our glazing tapes are inherently resistant to fire, UV, most chemicals, acids and solvents. Budget Group stocks a variety of widths and thicknesses to allow correct positioning of glass panels in aluminium channels during the curing process of liquid silicon adhesives.
3M Dual Lock™
3M Dual Lock™ Reclosable Fasteners offer advanced closure alternatives to zippers, screws, snaps, hooks, bolts and more. They offer greater design flexibility, faster product assembly, smoother and cleaner exterior surfaces and improved product performance in many applications. The fasteners consist of continuous polyolefin strips with polyolefin stems having a mushroom shaped top. The mushroom heads allow the fasteners to easily slide over each other allowing positioning of parts before they are snapped together creating a firm fastening attachment. 3M Dual Lock™ is backed with high strength adhesive tape.
